About our offices
Our state and territory offices represent us at the state and territory level. They:
- help to coordinate our services on the ground with state and territory government services
- work with local stakeholders to make sure our services and programs respond to diverse local needs and conditions
- help to identify policy links, overlaps and gaps between programs.

Aged care service providers can call the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care in their state or territory if they need help to find vacancies or resources to manage an emergency.
