Why we collect your personal information
We collect personal information for the purpose of providing access to an online learning platform for the My Aged Care workforce.
Your personal information may also be used by us for other purposes such as reviewing data to analyse compliance with the training strategy and to inform possible amendments to the training approach for the My Aged Care workforce.
Who is collecting your personal information
Your personal information is being collected by the Department of Health and Aged Care.
What would happen if we did not collect your personal information
If you do not or are unable to provide your personal information we will be unable to provide access to MAClearning to facilitate participation in required training.
Who we will disclose your personal information to
We may disclose your personal information to our partnered training provider Accenture.
We may also disclose your personal information to your organisation for the purpose of your manager monitoring progress and completion of the online learning platform, as well as feedback on performance.
How you can access or correct personal information held by us
Our privacy policy contains information about how you may:
- access and seek correction of personal information about you that is held by us
- complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or the Australian Government Agencies Privacy Code and how we will deal with complaints.
Overseas disclosure of your personal information
We will not disclose your personal information to any overseas recipients.
